About us

Cineville is a fast-growing and entrepreneurial film club. Our Cineville card offers members unlimited access to the most inspiring and unforgettable films from around the globe. With a network of over 100 cinemas across the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, and Sweden, and a community of more than 100,000 pass holders who make nearly 2.5 million cinema visits a year, we have become a successful international film club. But our ambitions don't stop there. Our services and proprietary software are also used by various other organisations, such as Podiumpas and the nonstop film subscription in Austria.

Cineville is an open and welcoming organisation that champions creativity, innovation, and diversity. We are a close-knit team of around 35 employees, where everyone contributes enthusiastically and takes ownership of their work. Celebrating and promoting diversity in all its forms (education, background, perspective, culture, age, gender, sexual orientation, faith, etc.) is fundamental to who we are. Film is for everyone, and so is this vacancy.

  • A part-time role of 16 hours per week, available for an immediate or ASAP start.

  • A starting salary between €2,505 and €2,556 gross per month (based on a 40-hour week), plus 8% holiday allowance. The final salary will be commensurate with your experience.
